Expansion continues

Vetsolutions is delighted to report that in 2013, over 110 practice made the switch from their existing practice management system to RoboVet, making it the most popular practice management system in the UK.

To cope with this increased demand and to help deliver a higher level of service to all their customers, Vetsolutions have also increased the number of staff employed at their Edinburgh head office and in the field increasing their headcount by 30%.

With a sharp focus on their ability to be highly reactive to customer needs, a product manager; Graham Martin has been employed to forge the pivotal link between customers and Vetsolutions internal development team. It is hoped this conduit will enable Vetsolutions to more fully meet the needs and demands of customers through future software development. And, with a heavy programme of development planned for the coming year, Vetsolutions has also added an additional Specialist Developer to their RoboVet team, as well as a new Client Support Manager and Business Analyst.

The autumn of 2013 also saw Paul Bates join Vetsolutions, taking their field sales team to 4, providing excellent coverage for all customers no matter where they are located. Paul was swiftly joined by Kelly Benjamin who complements the Edinburgh based internal account management team.

Head of Sales & Marketing Kingsley Daniels, also a new recruit in 2013, is delighted by the progress of the Vetsolutions’ business: “Our ability to successfully convert over 110 practices to RoboVet in 2013 required significant investment in human resources. In the coming 12 months we will closely monitor our performance to ensure we are keeping pace with the demands of our new and existing customers. Our aim is to continue to innovate in our market for the good of the veterinary profession as a whole.
