EazyBooking proves a firm favourite at London Vet Show 2013

Since April, Vetsolutions Development team has worked non-stop to bring four new RoboVet feature packs, containing no less than 55 new features and modules to the market.

London Vet Show provided the perfect showcase for RoboVet’s latest release, FP17, and many members of the Vetsolutions team were available to demonstrate some of the most innovative practice management features available on the market.

With our focus firmly on helping Vets Attract and Retain more clients and Treat more animals the most popular module at the Show was EazyBooking. The success of online booking for new clients has resulted in the further development of the existing module, making it more interactive for clients and more useful for the practice.

Using EazyBooking, practices can now automate the sending of reminders for routine appointments such as flea jabs, wormers and vaccinations and is a real time-saver for the reception team. And for clients, a new ‘client portal’ makes information about their pets, such as current prescriptions, upcoming appointments and reminders highly valuable.
